JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience; 3 years Security experience in private sector
- Must have knowledge of best security practices, principles and objectives
- Well-refined interpersonal skills
- Must have Security PSIRA (Grade A) qualification.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have Health and Safety standards
- Must have Computer Literacy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To develop and maintain working relationships with national and local security, emergency response, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities as well as with security managers of other large multinational companies.
- To ensure compliance with PepsiCo EMEA Security Risk Management System and supporting standards and procedures.
- To assist in delivering security awareness for PepsiCo associates and training programs to security associates.
- To advise and assist before, during and after security incidents, including on-the-spot risk assessments and security advice to site leaders.
- To assist the Area Security Manager/Asst Area Security Manager in implementing security plans to strengthen the protection of our supply chain (Make/Move/Sell).
- To assist the Area Security Manager/Asst Area Security Manager in implementing security plans to strengthen the protection of our supply chain (Make/Move/Sell).
- To assist in Conducting and coordinate investigations to include counterfeit, extortion, contamination of our products, loss reduction, kidnapping, robberies, Speak Up, fraud, corruption, and security threats against the country’s interests and associates..
