JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Site Supervisor to start working ASAP. Servest Security requires the services of reputable Site Supervisor. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12
- Having administration qualification will be an advantage
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have supervisory certificate or related credential
- Must have good communication, interpersonal, leadership and organizing skills
- Must have 2 – 3 years’ experience in the cleaning industry
- Must have previous staff management experience is essential
- Must have computer skills
- Must have clear criminal record
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To ensure supervisors tasks are completed on a daily basis.
- To ensures that cleaning is done effectively at all levels.
- To control the issue of chemicals, uniforms and equipment.
- To ensure Servest staff look representable at all times.
- To formulate technical strategies to meet and improve cleaning standards.
- To liaise with operational personnel on service quality.
- To maintain asset register for all equipment on-site.
- To ensure that all work is carried out with company policies and procedures
