JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Supervisor to start working ASAP. Tsebo Solutions Group requires the services of reputable Supervisor. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;

  • Must have relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent level of competence
  • Must have minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
  • Standalone person on site
  • Must be able to think on your feet
  • Must have previous experience within a similar corporate environment
  • Must be able to work shifts when required
  • Must be strong in kitchen and functions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

The applicant must have the following skills and competences

  • Must have strong judgement and problem solving skills
  • Must have excellent people skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communicative skills (verbal and written)
  • Must have flexibility with regards to working hours
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Client service orientated
  • Business management principles
  • Must be fully computer literate
  • Must have excellent food/Chef skills and background.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:

  • To take full responsibility and supervisory of this contract
  • Setting and management of service delivery standards
  • To lead, motivate, train and develop a team of staff
  • To implement and maintain operational controls in line/within budgetary requirements
  • To ensure quality of food preparation, presentation and service is up to Fedics standards by meeting all quality / star grading standards in all areas of responsibility as per grading checklist
  • Proactively manage the Q-pro & OSHACT compliance of this unit
  • To ensure that tills and cash ups are running smoothly
  • To ensure all Fedics policies and procedures are complied with
  • To analyse and pre-empt client needs and possible complaints
  • To take responsibility for all functions by organising, preparing & co-ordinating.
  • Relationship building with the client and customers on a daily basis.
